30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED If you received the wrong item contact us immediately and we'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
