FREE SHIPPING We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 to the United States. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES United States: 7–15 business days Canada: 10–18 business days United Kingdom: 10–18 business days Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days Rest of World: 14–25 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days contact us at terramodernashop@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
